Where information is saved
All jobs, photos, plans and reports are stored in the Google account below. To move everything to a different account, replace the Google Script Link above with the one from the new account.
These two folders in Google Drive are what your IT team copies to OneDrive. Renaming one here makes new files go to the new folder; files already saved stay where they are.
Adding a new phone
Add the person under “Manage team members” first, then have them open soiltest.pages.dev on their phone and sign in with that same work email. No code needed.

Location sharing while you work
Please read this before you start. It explains exactly what the app shares.
When. From when you sign in until you sign out. It stops the moment you sign out at the end of your shift.
What. Your position roughly every 5 minutes, plus the time it was taken. Only the office sees it.
Why. So the office can tell a customer how far away you are, and so someone knows where you are if you are working alone and something goes wrong.
When it does NOT track you. After you sign out, and while your phone is locked or the app is closed. It is not tracking you after hours.
You will always know. A blue “Location sharing is ON” bar stays at the top of your screen the whole time it is active.
Your name and the date you accept this are recorded. If you have questions or do not want to accept, speak to the office before starting — do not just tap accept.
